Marriage is a mandate from God and it is honorable in the world and in the church between a man and a woman. When the marriage is at risk, the family structure is at risk. When a couple seeks marriage counseling it is a call for help. They usually feel that they have exhausted all their answers and are hoping that outside help can change the marriage tension. Seeking the proper counseling venue is very important, not every counselor is the right one for you and your spouse. Therefore, seeking sound Christian counseling which is based on the Word of God is the best avenue to take. Remember while divorce may seem like an answer it is not the answer. About the Couple
Bishop Carrington and Lady Carrington have been married for forty-two years. They are true examples of a couple who follow the word of God. Lady Carrington is a wife with joy and pride in her husband. The Bishop Johnny C. Carrington Sr. truly adores and shows the love of God to his wife in every way. Clearly forty-two years are evidence of their love for on another. You may ask what is their secret. It is all founded on the word of God. It is clear that Bishop believes the scripture that states..."the man should love his wife as Christ loved the church." Lady Carrington shows the respect and honor to her husband as the scripture reflects..."Wives submit yourselves to your husbands." Lady Carrington is a Minister in the Springs of Refreshing Fellowship Church. She is the right hand of the Bishop. She and the Bishop host Covenant Keepers Marriage Ministry workshops. The couple ministers up and down the east coast with the Covenant Keepers Ministry.
